Jean Bradbury earned her BFA from Queen’s University in Canada and studied graphic design at Seattle Central Community College. Her detailed whimsical oil paintings of plants and animals have been exhibited across the State of Washington and she has shown her hand painted textiles in Canada, Jordan and England. An example of her large scale murals using metalic leaf can be seen at Macrina Bakery in Sodo. She has received grant awards from Artist Trust, 4Culture and The Seattle Office of Arts and cultural Affairs. Jean is currently painting a series exploring the organic farms of the Snoqualmie Valley.
